Hello Friend!

I hope you and your loved ones had a great Thanksgiving. I enjoyed catching up with my family in Iowa and Minnesota. My daughter Alex sure had a blast running around with her cousins!

Today I want to share with you a new service offered here at MoxiePsychology Legacy. Since the business has been open, the full focus has been on couples counseling. I am excited to now offer individual counseling services in addition to couples counseling services. All of the individual counseling services will be offered through the lens of strong relationships, respectful adult communication, and healthy boundaries.

Are you someone who needs relationship help? Do you know someone looking for assistance with these topics? I offer help with these areas:
  • Healing from past trauma in relationships.
  • Learning how to set healthy boundaries (family, friends, ex-spouse, romantic partners, etc.).
  • Support and healing during the divorce process or recently divorced.
  • Dating.
  • Avoiding past patterns of sticking with jerks for too long when dating.
  • Pattern of unhealthy marriages and divorces.
  • Codependency.
  • Growth in parenting skills (maybe you want to do things differently than your own parents, and you are looking for alternatives to spanking, yelling, and shaming).
  • Grieving a lost relationship or the death of a loved one.
  • Grieving mental illness in the family and it's impact on you and your loved ones.
  • Changing unhealthy legacy patterns of a narcissistic family structure, or a family centered around addiction.
  • Setting boundaries with people suffering from narcissistic personality disorder.
  • Healthy self-esteem.
  • Identity, values, and life goals.
  • Dealing with debilitating shame.
  • Support in managing normal life changes (that can sure cause a lot of stress): Starting college, getting married, birth of a baby, recent move, new job, children going to school, having an empty nest, aging parents, etc.
  • In couples counseling already at another practice, but also seeking individual counseling for yourself.
  • And more...

Questions about whether I can help you? Email me or call me, and let's chat! I'm always happy to answer any questions about my services, and there is no obligation to make an appointment.

Clients can schedule online here. New clients can find the required intake paperwork here.

Have a great rest of the week! Talk to you again soon.

All the best,
Holly

PS-Can I send you an email about once a week? The email will have a link to my latest blog post in case there is a topic you are interested in. As the business grows and I add more products and services, I will mention in the email what has been added.

As the result of the pandemic, I am forced to make an individual counselling. I realized that I once wished to, God help me have a break in my work because it's really stressing me out. I guess that this pandemic has been my way to clear my mind and thoughts. This is the time I have found my hidden talents, cleaning my room and closet, thinking of what I really want and passionate about. I also consider re-healing my faith.
